 LiteDeck Modular StagingLitedeck by Litestructures is a quick and easy solution for most stage structures and provides a 5kn/m² uniform load rating in all configurations. It is ideal for use in shops, bars and schools or used on large-scale format in arenas or outdoor events etc. We stock a huge variety of shapes and sizes whether you need a single flat platform, multi level tiered seating or rolling drum risers. Decks can sit on floor level or be used with a substructure to a maximum height of 10ft – (Structures over this height please see our Layher event scaffolding systems) Handrails can be supplied to add a key safety factor when a structure is built at height and steps with also with handrails provide an easy access. Ramps can be built for wheelchair or equipment access needs. Dry hire prices start from just £15 + vat for a standard 8x4ft deck with legs and we can offer delivery and stage construction by one of our highly trained crews for you at a very competitive price.  Layher Event SystemThe Layher Event System is our latest addition to our stage and substructure rental stock. It is by far our best system to date. Layher is the world leader in scaffolding systems and has developed the event systems with endless design possibilities coupled with strength, reliability, ease of use and can cut stage installation times by half. We use layher on all of our roof systems as the structure acts as ballast and provides easy levelling for the roofs. The system can be installed from heights of 0.3m - 100m +! Site level is no problem! We stock the standard metric system with two 2x1m Decks over a 2x2m substructure unlike the 2.07m used in construction which can prove a little confusing. Handrails can be supplied to add a key safety factor when a structure is built at height and steps with also with handrails provide an easy access. Ramps can be built for wheelchair or equipment access needs. In addition to our standard stage sizes every custom design is helped along with structural drawings by the Layher UK design team so you know when we install a system it will be to strict guidelines and every pole, brace and platform in its correct place. All Layher systems will be construction by one of our highly trained crews and will be signed off on handover.  Festival Stage Roof StructuresThomas 8x6m Arc Roof Stage The Thomas Roof is the smallest structure in our range that offers a perfect solution for all time, budget and space issues. The roof and stage can be assembled by one of our able crews in 2-3 hours either floor standing or built into a Litedeck or Layher stage system. Various height and sizes are possible over all varied terrains; we’ve even installed it on a lake! Audio systems can be stacked on the stage or if more space is needed we can supply PA wings starting from 3m onwards that attach directly to the structures sides able to accommodate 1t of flown speakers. The wings also offer many branding opportunities as printed scrims can be attached. We can arrange banners or pa scrim printing using one of our preferred suppliers and we will always pass the costs on at no extra charge. Lighting and rigging can be suspended from the roof arches or attached to the grid and towers in a variety of different ways with a uniformly distributed load (UDL) of just under 1tonne. A Grey canopy, backwall and sides comes as standard with the roof. We can supply the structure without these if need be, indoor use etc. Stage ballast is achieved using water tubs that can be prefilled or filled on site. If the larger Layher scaffold system is used for a stage structure on more difficult terrains the water tubs are not needed as the system will act as its own ballast. We would recommend this structure for audience sizes of 500-3500 attendees. |
 Prolyte 12x10m MPT Roof StageThe Prolyte MPT Roof is a large scale system and is supported on four electrically hoisted towers with the option of additional towers for flown PA, Signage and LED Screens. This stage is ideal for as main or secondary stage at any festival where audience sizes of 3000+ are in attendance. The roof is supplied with grey canvas walls and can be filled with curtains, impressive lighting rigs and boasts enough room for any band or medium sized orchestra! The stage can be supplied with ramps for equipment/disabled access and can be supplied with covered wings for side of stage monitor mixing and changeovers. Stage ballast is achieved using water tubs that can be prefilled or filled on site. If the larger Layher scaffold system is used as substructure ballast can be built into the system. These packages will be tailored to your specific needs whether it’s hosting a single DJ or a full band package. We use only professional touring grade equipment from the likes of Martin Audio to Robe Lighting and we are more than happy to work with artist’s equipment riders! |
 Crowd (pit) BarriersYou have the sound, you have the lights and the stage is set…just don’t forget to hold back the crowds!Pit barrier is often overlooked and can be the most important part of any indoor or outdoor event. Our barriers are supplied in 1m sections with a rear step for security personnel and have held back thousands of excited punters! Barriers can be installed in minutes and are a tried and tested crowd control measure that can’t be overlooked. |
